ABOUT US
In the summer of 2011, a group of wide-eyed softball prospects were brought together through the London Ad League Softball rookie program. The Blitz were born. They were tested, they drank beer, they were punished... they drank more beer. They even went to Vegas. But they didn’t stay there.
Starting off as one team, after a few years the club grew into Blitz B, focusing on B Grade, and Blitz C (Clitz), focusing on fun in C Grade.
The club grew from strength to strength and along with it, its reputation. Not only for its never say die attitude on the softball field but its party-hard reputation off the field. This attracted all from the softball world and soon the club would expand due its popularity.
Some 4 years later in 2017, the club added its 3rd team to the fold. Blitz Havoc was born. Blitz B became Blitz Bombers and Blitz C became Blitz Mosquitoes.
In 2018 Blitzches was born and became the club's first single-sex female team.
As of today, the club has 45 members and growing... along with and ever-growing assortment of drink options.
